MAP OF SWIM COURSE
This very fast paced course is super flat. What makes is interesting is the history of rain and wind. Don’t be fooled, Davis may not have hills, but the winds can be torturous if you haven’t trained in it. This is an out and back loop leaving UC Davis via Old Davis Road. The course enters Solano County with a right onto Tremont Rd then a quick left onto Runge. At the end of Runge racers take another left onto Hackman Rd. Then the course turns left again onto Bulkley Rd. Next is another left back onto Tremont then a quick right onto Eggert. Racers will take Eggert back to Old Davis Rd. and return to campus back the same way.
MAP OF BIKE COURSE
The run takes racers through the scenic UC Davis Arboretum, which is well known for its plant species. It is an out an back with the 2 mile turn around where the bike path ends at Research Park Drive in South Davis. All road crossing are minimal and will be monitored by volunteers.
